Return Policy
Returns (if applicable)
We hope you'll love the item you purchased. If there's any concerns about it or you are thinking of returning it, please contact our support team for assistance as we offer a 20 day no questions asked returns policy. If you aren’t satisfied with your order for whatever reason, you may return the jewelry back to us for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items that have been worn, damaged or altered in any way will not be accepted. These will be returned to you at your own expense.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and contact us at support@endlessvaluecollections. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Conditions for the Return
If you are returning an item the following conditions apply.
1) You must first contact us to initiate the return process. No returns will be accepted without the proper authorization.
2) You must initiate and send the item back within 20 days from the date of purchase. Anything beyond 20 days will not be accepted and refund cannot be processed.
3) Item must be in new and original condition with the original packaging. Items must not be worn, damaged or altered in any way. If we find that it has been worn, damaged or altered in any way, the item will not be eligible for return and/or refund.
4) Please do not return the item to the address on your package as that is not our return address. You will receive the correct return address with the authorization for the return.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@endlessvaluecollections.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@endlessvaluecollections.
Please bear in mind that we may not always have a replacement piece(s) ready in-stock as we are constantly moving our inventory but once we receive an email we will let you know what the next option available either through replacement or refund.
If you require a replacement, please bear in mind that we may not always have the replacement item in stock. If this is the case, there may be delays while the item is being restocked. We will keep you updated throughout the process and ensure that you’re satisfied with the outcome. Your satisfaction is our highest priority and we do our utmost to make sure that everything is being done to resolve any issues.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Cancellations (if applicable)
If you'd like to cancel or change order for any reason, please contact us and make sure to include your order number as soon as possible to support@endlessvaluecollections.com
We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment system is designed to get orders shipped and on their way to our customers quickly and efficiently as we try to start processing all orders as soon as possible from when the order is placed. As a result, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has already entered the shipping process. If your order cannot be cancelled, and you are unhappy with it, simply return it to us according to our return policy.
